William Younger Winn was also executor of Rachel Younger.

Other names mentioned are Fretwell, Legrand, Rebecca (Younger) Franklin,
Joseph Younger, Betsy Bomar (wife of Armistead Bomar), Nancy Smallman,
etc.

Lots of interesting family connections on the will of Rachel, which
William Younger Winn was exec.
Anyone want to sort them out?
