Hello everybody,

My g.g.grandfather was Edward SCHOFIELD (26.7.1843- 1916). He was married to Elizabeth Ann WILLANS (19.4.1843- 1919).
They had five children

Ruth Ellen SCHOFIELD (born 1869)
John Henry SCHOFIELD (1871)
William Willans SCHOFIELD (1874- 1960)
(Harriet) Annie SCHOFIELD (1878)
Parker Schofield (1881)

All seven were born (according to the 1881 census in Hunslet, Leeds.
I am descended from William Willans and know most things about that part of the family.

I would, however, be very grateful to learn of connections to any of his brothers or sisters and of course connections (parents) to Edward Schofield or Elizabeth WILLANS.

I do not have a lot to offer in return, apart from 66 pages of notes regarding life in Hunslet (mainly 1920`s, 30`s and 40`s) written by my great uncle. The family were Carpenters, Undertakers and House builders (great combination). They constructed quite a few houses around Leeds and particularly Rothwell and of course there are a lot of names and personalities mentioned.

I will organise the notes properly (on the computer) sometime, but until then it may be interesting to someone who is specifically interested in Hunslet.

Thanks for your time.
