Those were copied for me a long time ago at the courthouse by a good friend,
now dead, Mrs. Elizabeth Clough. She also copied the Pendleton Yelton records
for me. The 1910 date is my typo, it should be 1810. Thanks for catching it.

As for the father reference, those old records often just say father, without
saying whose. Of course, usually it's the bride who is under age.

I suspect that the difference in close dates, is the usual. One source lists
marriage dates, one the bond or license date, another the date it was
recorded. Often you just don't know which is the actual marriage date but
usually if you have three dates, it's the one in the middle. License, then
marriage, then recording.

Sometimes these three events took place in different counties. The license was
SUPPOSED to be issued in the county of the bride's residence. The wedding
could be anywhere. The recording was wherever the traveling preacher decided
to record it, if at all.
