Hi Judy,

So glad that you are enjoying the articles. Although I remember some
things from tales of the adults as I grew up, I am learning as I research
and post them here.

To answer your question, the book is still in the works. Much to the
dismay of the members of the Tri-State Genealogical & Historical Society,
there was not much interest/participation in this project. There were 75
family histories submitted, a decent number of church histories, and only 2
histories of businesses. Even with the extensions of time, the response
was not what we had hoped it would be.

Rather than cancel the entire project, the committee decided that the
society would publish the book, soft bound. I will keep you all posted as
I know more.

My thanks to all of those who sent histories in to be published or who
helped to gather information for the publication.

Best Wishes,

Janet
