The Brooke County Veterans Park Memorial Foundation has
been meeting at the Brooke County Public Library's Wellsburg Branch.

It is a non-profit corporation founded by a cross section of citizens from Brooke County to build a memorial park that will honor all servicemen and women who served in the military and lost their lives during WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam and Iraq.

Plans are set for a St. Patrick's Day Steak Fry Dinner-Dance on March 18th. Cost is $60 per couple. Entertainment will be by the Legends Dance Band.
