Update

I recently mailed in with a problem of the discovery of my gt grandfather
who was supposed to have been born in Yorkshire, UK, but according to the
1881 census was supposed to have been born in Bilston Staffordshire.
Well my brother had a researcher look into the problem and we have
discovered that my father's original research was definately in error. We
now have to scrap all the research he did during the 70's and ealy 80's and
start again with his father. Although his grandparents names are correct,
the details are not. So unfortunatley it means 6 generations of Wrights are
incorrect. So at present I have no idea if my family did originate in
Yorkshire or not.

Oh well at least it's only one side of the family.

Thanks to all those of you who have offered advise concerning this matter.
I'll let you know when we uncover some of the proper line.
