Very easy, left click on any EMPTY spot on the toolbar and drag it down to
the bottom... :)

I noticed today that my startup toolbar is no longer on the bottom of my
screen but up and down on the right hand side of the screen.
Can someone tell this dumb girl how to get it back to the bottom.
