Subject: Re: [WIN-DUM] problems launching Netscape

I have WinMe on an HP Pavilion, 733 MHz, 43 gig HD, CDRW, 128
MB RAM, Pentium III. I'm having trouble launching Netscape from
links in my email program and from links in MSNBC News Alert,
and from WebFerret. It seems to work fine if I have recently
rebooted, but once the puter has been on a while, and especially if
I have several programs on, my URL proxy will not work or will lock
up. I even try launching from QuickLaunch bar, but the browser
doesn't open. IE will launch fine from the launch bar at all times
(why do I have a feeling this is an MS glitch for Netscape users?)
Anyone have any ideas on what might be happening here, and how
I might fix it? I have WebFerret configured, have checked it several
times. Netscape is set as my default browser.
Any help appreciated.
