Hi Arlene

I have Windows 98 SE and had problems with Norton 2001 but think I've worked
around them. Have you checked the Norton Site for "Known Issues"? One
thing I found was that I cannot run the Windows Defrag it would restart
about a million times or tell me another utility had it locked up (being the
Norton) and I had to change some setting so that the Norton's defrag
wouldn't move a particular file during defrag. Obviously I'm not computer
literate, just bumble through, but I'll try to find out where I found the
info on my particular problems and exactly what the solution was. Perhaps
it will help and perhaps not. I do have a program on my PC that is great
for me (I know just enough to keep myself in trouble with the PC) and that
is Go Back. When I really mess up I use this program and it will reset the
P.C. to a time before I created my problem.

Carolyn
