Hi, The subject of John(the martyr) Whitelaw has just cropped up in my extensive research into the Whitelaw family. My research include the aboves parents. According to my research all validated my wife Ellen Hanley Whitelaw B 12/02/1947 is a Direct decendant Of John(the martyr) Whitelaw My family tree including the Whitelaws goes back to the early 1520's including a branch that covers a number of Scottish Rolalty back to 52AD. I can be contacted at . My wife's family all lived in the Monklands area Airdire, Coatbridge and villages close by
I am happy to provide the information re all of the above
