HI Everyone!

The reunion is 2 months away, and I am so excited, I can hardly stand
it!!! I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone!

I need your HELP!!!!!! Please let other family members & fellow
researchers of the Kleimenhagen family or families with ties to the area
surrounding Herrenbreitungen, Altenbreitungen, & Frauenbreitungen
(Breitungen), Germany know about the reunion. The more that come the
merrier!

I have reserved the first set of motel rooms. It is at Park Inn & Suites
in Shakopee, MN. They have 50+ rooms for us for Saturday and 30 rooms for
Sunday. They are giving us a group discount. You can also use the discount
for Friday, if you want to come for that many days.

YOU MUST CALL THE MOTEL AND MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATION!!!

Reservations MUST be made by JUNE 1st.
You must ask for the FOREST REUNION to get the discount.
Why Forest Reunion??????? Well, I told them it was the Kleimenhagen Family
Reunion AND the Descendent's of Breitungen Reunion...Our Tree Became a
Forest. All that wouldn't fit in their computer, so I picked Forest
Reunion, because that is what all our combined trees have become...a
Forest! If you have any problems getting the discount, ask for Bonnie.
Rooms are $79 to $119 per night, depending on if you get a regular room or
a pool side room, or a two room suite. Some of the rooms have coffee
makers, and refrigerators in them.

This motel has on site restaurant, bar/lounge with entertainment,
Arcade/game room, indoor pool, fitness center/spa, Jacuzzi/whirlpool,
Sauna, Copying & fax services, and is handicapped accessible.

I do not know if the following will apply to our rooms, because we are
getting a group discount (but it wouldn't hurt to ask!)
AAA Discount
Kids stay free
Senior Discount

The motel also offers free Shuttle service to Mall of America, Canterbury
Park, Mystic Lake Casino, and Valleyfair Amusement Park.

If you are young or old, traveling alone or with family, I'm hoping that
all your needs can be met at this motel.

PLEASE let me know if you have reserved a room/rooms here. If this is not
enough rooms for everyone, I will call another motel & ask for a group
discount there, so it is very important that I am aware of how many rooms
are needed. We will probably have to stay at 2 or 3 motels to accomadate
all of us.

REMEMBER, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATION (by calling the motel), BY
JUNE 1ST.
