I am a descendant of Mary (Wallen) Gearhart and Peter. Their daughter, Elizabeth, married John Mickey, who begat Oliver Perry Mickey, who begat Basil Simpson Mickey, who begat Ethel Blanch Mickey, who begat Charles Simpson Dougherty, who begat me, Charles Jr.
I am looking for proof that Oliver Perry Mickey is the son of Elizabeth and John Mickey. Oliver was born Dec.13,1822, in Penn. and died Nov.13,1892, in Des Moines, IA.
Do you have any info that Elizabeth had a son named Oliver Perry? Thanks a whole lot.
