I've read this info from Eldred before but now I'm intrigued
by the words in the will of William Walden.
He mentions a brother Richard and that he leaves a mare and watch to Richard's son Thomas.He also mentions a brother Lewis.
My ggggrandfather was Thomas Walden born ca.1760-1770 in Virginia.When he married Sarah Alsop ca.1795,they named their first born son William.Their second son was named Richard and the youngest was Thomas W.I descend from Thomas W who married Sarah Kinslear(Kinslow) in Kentucky in 1843.
Thomas Sr. and wife Sarh moved to Kentucky about 1805-1810.
Am I on to something here? Could William be the father or perhaps brother of my Thomas Walden?
