Linda Wiley has examined his life in Oregon. In Oregon he had, it seems, a very quiet life, but had provided for and got a decent funeral. Linda has done a lot, but could find no more info about him there.
Birger had a brother Ingvald in Canada (Bella Cola). This brother sent regularly letters to his family in Norway. He visited Birger once I am informed. But Ingvald never married, and left no relatives, as far as his Norwegian family knows.
So it is important to find traces of Birger's life in Washington. I will look at your provided documentation and try to evaluate it.
