I have heard that a flood or disaster of some sort destroyed the early records of this cemetery. If anyone knows anything about this cemetery, or better yet, is near it and can make photos of the markers, visit the Church parish office for whatever records may still exist ... boy, would I love them to pieces! My mother's family is buried there... from mid 1800's an through 1950 - 60's. Names I am looking for are ALLARD, JINGRAS/GANGRAW, HOLMES, RIVERS, MARTELL (not positive about this spelling), and MEIGS for starters.
