Your Caroline( b 2/26/1828 d 3/1876 m Hiram Evenson 6/6/1845) and my great
great grandmother Matilda were sisters. Caroline Vrooman had many siblings,
Eliz Ann, Catherine, Margareta, Sara Maria, Lydia, Charlotte, Eveline,
Barrett, Matilda and Homer. They were the children of Volkert Barent Vrooman
b 5/25/1798 d 6/1/1882 who married Maria Smith b 3/2/1801 and died in
9/9/1863. Matilda married Charles Morrell of Johnstown,NY. They had a child
named Grace b 9/23/1878 (my ggrandmother) who married Henry Sheldon Gaylord
b 10/1880. They had a daughter named Mildreth Louise Gaylord b 7/21/1901 in
Gloversville, NY. My grandmother Mildreth married Emmett R Easton b 7/2/1899
Corinth, NY. They had a son Robert Morrell Easton 8/5/1931- Miami, Fl. My
Dad married Joan Cecelia Saxon b 1/6/1931 Moore Haven, FL and they had me
9/23/1954.
