I have several Vollmer s in my family tree. On a recent visit to a cemetery in Westchester I observed a Vollmer headstone (family plot) only several rows away from the family in my tree that they were linked to. Possibly a coincedence but I have not had the time to check who is in the plot. They would have likely been buried in the cemetery in the 1920-30's.
