History of Patrick County shows no Via as a landowner in 1791.

1810 Tax List shows WILLIAM VIA, one tithable, zero slaves, five horses.
This is the William b. 1779 Hanover Co, m Elizabeth Ingram 1800.

1820 Heads of Households show WILLIAM VIA and JAMES VIA ( no details listed
in History of Patrick County.)
