A number of you kind folks asked if I found out the translation would

Everyone did agree pretty much that it is French. And looking at the
answers its seems grapes and wine are the main though.
This is a 'Bitter" Coat of Arms and I was also told this
When Translated the Blazon also describes the original colors :
"Gold: A grapevine tied to its vine, moving from the Point: the
grapevine green and 4 bunches of grapes Blue"
Above the shield and Helmet is the crest which is described as:
"The Objects of the Shield in the middle of two gold antique wings"
