Just today saw the posting and am wondering if you are aware that Richard
Vallandingham's name contained "ding", not "dig".

Michael had three known sons, Michael, Richard and George. Michael's
descendants were Vanlandinghams, Richard's were Vallandinghams, and George's
were Vallandighams. Only George's descendants dropped the "N" out of "ding".

I have names of all Richard's children by his two wives, and considerable
data on Richard's descendants. I am always happy to share information on
all branches.
