Phillip,

Even though many new cemetery lists and are becoming available online;
sites such as Find-a-Grave.com and Interment.net, I rarely find a
listing for the older gravesites, such as the circa 1759 for your
Williingham.

Good luck
Deb

Hi Phillip:

There were several Williamhams who settled in Halifax Co VA in the
late
1700's.

One Jarrell Willingham whose Last Will was recorded in 1790, Halifax
Co
VA (source: History of Halifax Co VA by Carrington)
had children named John, Johnson, Jeremiah and Jarrell, Jr. and wife
Mary.

Execs and Witnesses included surnames of Towles, Malone, Pate, Nance
and Chandler.

Maybe your Willingham was in the area of Lunenburg that became
Halifax
Co VA.

Deb
