In the late 1920's and later, my grandmother ran a boarding home of sorts
for children. (I guess this was a precessor to foster care) I'm hoping to find
info on her and the operation of such a home. She lived near the Masonic Home
of VA in the East End and adopted my mother after she was placed with her for
temporary care. Has anyone heard of such home?
