unsubscribe in the message subject and body. To leave VAFLUVAN-D, do the same thing
with

(mailto:?subject=unsubscribe)
* _Unsubscribe from VAFLUVAN-D (digest)_
(mailto:?subject=unsubscribe)

I hope the above will help Tina & especially Bruce.
Although I haven't tried to unsub from the Fluvanna List, it functions just
like all the other RootsWeb Lists and I've unsubed from many of those over
time. It only took me about 2 minutes -- maybe its because I actually looked
up & read the instructions.
