BETTY MCCURDY, 74, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2008 in Houston,TX. She
lived life to its fullest and brought joy to every life she touched. She was
a devoted member of her church and a long standing member of the choir. She
is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Duane MCCURDY. She is survived
by her children, Michael MCCURDY & wife, Elizabeth and Jan Skibinski &
husband, Frank, companion, Noel Fruge, brother, Louis Elmore & wife, Donna,
nieces, Elizabeth Stebbins & husband, Larry, Barbara Marty & husband, Ian
and Carolyn Crawford & husband, Mitchell, nephew, William Elmore & wife,
Sandra and a host of close friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:30
PM Monday, October 13, 2008 at Memorial Drive Christian Church, 11750
Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024. In lieu of flowers, contributions can
be made to the American Heart Association P.O. Box 15186 Austin, TX 78761 or
to Memorial Drive Christian Church.
