Cheryl, Mr. and Mrs. McLaughlin, I just found out today about the loss of
Susan. I,too, have lost contact with many of our high school friends. But, I
have many memories of Cheryl, Susan, and Mr. Mac at Huntsville High School.
Cheryl, I cannot imagine losing my sister so I know this is hard for you. I
do know we will all see her again one day in heaven. All of you are in my
prayers.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Mclaughlin and Cheryl......I was deeply saddened to hear
about Susan last week. I am sorry I was not able to attend the services so I
could tell you in person what great memories I have of not only Susan, but
your entire family. My growing up in Huntsville wouldn't have been near as
colorful without you all. Susan's friendship was always steady and easygoing
even when we saw each other again after 20 years! Please know my thoughts
and prayers are with you and your family during this time of heartache and
loss.

Cheryl, Mr. & Mrs. McLaughlin and Sylvester family, Dick and I were so
saddened by the news of your loss. I always felt a special connection to
your family because I liked Mr. Mac so much & he tolerated me when I worked
in the West Wing at HHS for him. Cheryl, you and Susan seemed to have the
special sister relationship that I shared with my two sisters and know this
must be incredibly hard for all of you. Please know that each of you are in
our thoughts and prayers.

I was so surprised to hear about Susan's passing. She was always a happy &
fun person, whether we were working together, or whatever the occasion. She
was one of my "Seniors" when I was a freshman in high school and we had lots
of fun (?) at freshmanizing! I'll always have special memories of her and
that day! She was a special person and she will be dearly missed! Your
family is in my thoughts & prayers!

I was very shocked and saddened to hear that Susan is gone. My thoughts and
prayers are with you and your family. I hadn't known Susan long. She had
done several audits of Baylor's FEMA projects. She was very bright and
wonderful to work with. Each time we talked, we wandered into conversations
about many things. You must be very proud of her. Pam Edwards
