WILLIAM CURL
William L. Curl, 77, of Paso Robles, died Tuesday, July 15, 1997, at an
Atascadero care center. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Paso
Robles District Cemetery. A private burial with family will take place.
Mr. Curl was born February 28, 1920, in Slater, MO. He stormed the shores at
Normandy and was a 22 year veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a resident of
San Jose for 20 years. A loving husband and father. He will be missed
dearly. He is survived by his wife, Elfrieda Curl of Paso Robles; daughters
Wanda McBride of North Pole, Alaska., Inge German of Hetlen Hausen, Germany,
Joanne Horisoli of Paso Robles, Michaela Harrison of Prunedale and Karen
Garmon of Washington; eight grandchildren; sisters Helen Petty of Raytown,
MO., Wilma Kieffer of Bosworth, MO., Doris Kendall of Anarillo, Texas, Neva
Locke of Gladstone, MO and LouAnn Fizer of Independance, MO.; brothers Don
Curl of San Martin, Harold Curl of Sunrise Beach, MO., and Glen Curl of San
Augustine, FL.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements are by
Buchheim Family Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Chapel in Paso Robles.
