I'm looking for my great grandfather. He may have come from Scotland. I
only know him as my great grandmother's first husband and my
grandfather's father. She was known as Mrs Jannette Billings (nee
Decker) when she married her second husband, Samuel Judson Willard in
Naperville Illinois. And my grandfather's name was Willard Billings.

There's not much to go on. Mr. Billings probably died between 1857 and
1859. He probably married Jannette between 1851 and 1857. He was
probably born between 1815 and 1840. So he could have come to the US
anytime between 1815 and 1857. I'd appreciate your help.
