I too have ancestors form Luzley which is a tiny hamlet between
Ashton-under-lyne and Mossley, however I have never heard of a Luzley
Institiute - I have had a quick look on 1891 census but to no avail
Have you found the family on the '91?
What was the source of the info which tells you Luzley institute?
I will keep thinking and let you know if I come up with anything
