Hi Joan

Bad news I'm afraid ... The surname Lloyd is from my ex-husband and I don't
know anything about his family history ... and don't really want to either
:)) If I remember though his family came from Wales as I did meet his
grandfather once and he had a very strong welsh accent. My maiden name is
Sherwood so it is my Mum and Dad's family who i am tracing. It was my Dad
that started the whole thing but he died before he had really done any real
research but I know it was something that he wanted to do so his
grandchildren knew about their ancestors ... I picked up his research one day
and that was it I was hooked ..... you know how it is :))
