Hi Helen,

I'm not sure why Normanton was listed in the Sandal Census and as I live in
Wakefield it would be interesting to know, don't know if your from here or
have been here but Sandal and Normanton are not next to one another. Sandal
as far as by brain works is the southern part of Wakefield heading towards
Barnsley and is actually off the Barnsley road and Normanton/Altofts are
towards Castleford. My sense of direction is not brilliant so I could be
wrong and anyone from this area will be sure to know if I am.
