Hi Jim,
If the enumerator has entered it for place of birth, you can only use the
Chapman code - MDX. The full Middlesex won't fit.
I also believe we are allowed to abbreviate some things, but only if we are
100% positive it is what we say it is. So, I should think MDX will be
acceptable.
Our Mdx co-ord, Bob H, will be able to tell you more.
