Mildred,

Not knowing which version you have let be say this and I don't remember if this
ever got fixed anyway. The problem is if the Library folders are not the same,
merging will not work.

What you could to do is save one of the projects as a Event 1.1 GEDCOM file then
import that GEDCOM file into the other project. I would make a copy of the one
that you are going to add the GEDCOM file to and use it. A _Event 1.1_ GEDCOM
file was designed to transfer one UFT Project to another UFT Project.
