Clint,

How did you place your order? I went to the web site and had it print out
an update order form for me. It asked for the serial number off the latest
CD I had purchased (UFT Premier). The order form then had the price I had
to pay ($9.95 + $6.95 shipping for total of $16.90). Are you sure you
didn't imply you were a first-time user?
