The only suggestion I can offer is to start with the exact date and County this person was born in. Most modern Texas birth records can be found online, via the different County Archives on Rootsweb.com.
If you have the exact birthdate and County, you can find the records transcript online and find all births that occurred on that particular date and go from there. If you need further help, please ask. County records on Rootsweb.com are a great place to start to start narrowing down the possibilities.
