I don't know where you live, but there is a copy of it at the Allen County Public Library in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I just looked at it a week ago.

I would be careful about calling it a masterpiece - it, like many other genealogy publications, should be considered a "guide." The family I was looking up had as much wrong info as it did correct info... BUT it was a perfect lead into an amazing discovery.
