Is this the same as the following Hiram G. Hester?
John Bates, guardian to Hiram G. Hester, a minor orphant of
Benjamin Hester and heir at law of Zachariah Hester, his
grandfather from whose estate he received his legacy in the
state of N. Carolina. Recorded Oct. 2, 1839 Wilson Co., Tn.
