I am researching my Holland family line.

James Thomas Holland, my 2nd great-grandfather, was born May 1, 1844, in Russell County (?), Alabama, and died in 1914 in Durham, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.

I have no information on James Thomas Holland's wife. Their son, William Thomas Holland, born August 15, 1866 (place of birth unknown), and died March 14, 1926b (place of death unknown) was my great-grandfather. He married Minnie Lee Jordan (born September 17, 1870) in 1888 in Yalobusha County, Mississippi.

William Thomas & Minnie Lee's son, William Luther, born May 09, 1889, in Mississippi, was my grandfather. He married Fannie Virginia Nichols (born November 28, 1889 in Seneca, Newton County, Missouri.

William Luther & Fannie Virginia's daughter, Iris Ellen, born October 07, 1916 in Yale, Oklahoma, was my mother. William Luther disappeared when my mother was about 2 years-old. I have never been able to trace what happened to him.
