Margaret,

No, Im sorry I dont know anything about this family other than what I have listed. I am trying to find the parents of my Mary Ann Anderson.She was born abt 1833 in Hawkins co. and Married Adam Warden April 27, 1856 in Hawkins co. In 1865 after the war they moved to Lee co. VA. I have found 3 Mary Ann Andersons on the 1850 census but have eliminated all three.Then I found this Mary who I thought possibly could be her .

I'm sorry that I  can't answer your question right now, I have seen it in
the past but can't find it right now.  I did a lot of research on these
Andersons during the last several years.  I would like to know how Ely fits
in with Morgan, Carter H., Elijah, and others.  I know there was a
connection with Carter H, who is my  ancestor, because he named his 2
youngest children, Carter and Elinor.  (Carter H married Eleanor Callicott)
If you have any information on these people please share it.  Mary was 17 in
1850 so she would have married soon after.  Unfortunately marriage records
were burned.
