Hello to the list,

I am researching the family ties of my gGrandmother Florence Caroline
ALEXANDER b. 1862 TN d. 1931 Knox Co. TX. Her and my gGrandfather William Hardin
CASH b. 1858 Miller Co. MO(family from East TN) married in Woodbury, Cannon Co.
TN in 1878. The story goes that her Alexander family was associated with
Woodbury, and that her mom(Sarah Caroline...last name unknown) died during the
Civil War, and Florence was raised by the sister of her mom.....the Wood or Woods
family. I believe the Wood's lived near Daylight, Warren Co. next to the
Cash's ca. 1880. My question is, does anyone have an Alexander family in Cannon
Co. TN ca. 1860 that might fit for my Florence Caroline Alexander? Her mom
should be a Sarah. I might need to be in Warren Co. for this family of
Alexander's but not sure. Thanks for anyhelp. Sincerely, Chris Cash
