You can only change an existing tag to other tag types in the same tag group.
The Address tag is in the Address group. So the solution is to create a
sudo-Residence tag tag in the Address group and use it in these situations.
Since you can't reuse exactly the same name, make the new tag name slightly
different-- say RESIDENCA, but make the sentence the same as the regular
Residence tag.
