To set the Living flag to N for all people:
... using the TMG CRW create a List of People Report. The focus is "All
people". At the Secondary output tab: Change Flag Living to N.
... go to the General tab and check both Destination: screen and Suppress
for secondary output.

To reset the Living flag to Y for those who are presumed to be still living:
... using the TMG CRW create a second List of People report. The focus is
"filtered group" and the logic is:
...... Any tag birth group date year is greater than 1905 AND
...... (Any tag death group does not exist OR
...... Any tag burial group does not exist)
... note where the parentheses are palced!! The word "tag" will not appear
in the final logic statement.
... go to the secondary output tab and: Change Flag Living to Y
... go to the General tab and check both Destination: screen and Suppress
for secondary output.

For all beginners and advanced users - on the TMG menu bar click on: Help,
then Click on: Search for Help on ... , type: List of People , and click on
List of People Report. The TMG Help function is excellent.
