My husband's grandfather had a sister called Lena. Her formal name was Marie Carliene "Lena" THIESSEN. She was born August 16, 1868 at Fort Calhoun, Nebraska. I don't know her married name.
Her parents names were JohnDetlef & Christiana Thiessen. They were from Schlwig-Holstein, Germany.

Could this be your Lena?
