In order to get help it would be helpful if you would be more specific. Where was your Celina in 1880, who was she with, how old was she, was she married? Where and when were Joseph and Celina married (at least approximate by birth year of oldest child)? All Quebec records are located by parish so you need to pin that down. Once you have an approximate birth year you can begin Quebec census research and also review parish microfilms at your local Family History center.
