On the 18th August I had problems with my Outlook Express at the same time
as Rootsweb lists went down. As a result I sent a test message to all the
lists I am on. The lists to which I am sending this second test message are
those from whom I did not receive back my first message although I know that
other list subscribers received it and that it is shown in the list
archives.
