Search for Ulster Scots in android play store (not sure about iphone). I can get it for free and I think it is free to everyone. It gives details of a few tours you could take by yourself. I have not gone through it. It is produced by Ulster Historical Foundation and Mytourtalk. For any of you of mixed NI stock there is also a GAA version.
