What do you know about their parents or siblings. Sarah may connect but I
would need more info. Also where did they marry?

I have a William Cochran, (also spelled Caughran) born c 1699 Carriskeel,
County Londonderry, Ireland, died 18 Dec 1771 Hamiltonban Tp, York, now
Adams Co, PA. He married 'a cousin' Sarah Cochran, born c1702 Moville,
County Londonderry, Ireland, died 6 Feb 1785 Hamiltonban. Their children:
James, Sarah, Jane (aka Jennet, Jean), Andrew, William Jr, John and
Margaret. I have had trouble with this family before 1757 when they
bought
land in what they thought was Frederick Co, MD, but turned out to be in
PA.
