Put your cursor on the photo. Right click. When the menu pops up click on
copy. Then paste it on a word document.

Sometimes when you right click your mouse, you can do a save as and it will
be saved in you pictures file.

Please post the steps that you are taking to save this image.
Also it would help if you posted a link to the image that you are trying to
save.

Thanks,

Subject: [S-I] Help needed -- Images on Familysearch Pilot Project

Hi there.

Can technical guru's out there who can tell me where I'm going wrong .......
a.. I have found a useful death certificate for Arizona in 1943, where the
actual image is included on the www.familysearch.org Record Search Pilot
project.
b.. I can print the image quite successfully, but I can't actually copy
the image to save this as a separate file.
Obviously, I can re-scan what I print -- but at a lesser quality level.

Is there any trick that I'm missing, or when I try to save the image is it
possibly ending up on a hidden part of my harddrive?

Any help much appreciated.
