Hi Robert,
Yes, he WAS stationed in Tipperary, after a spell in Antrim (no dates) so
yes, he could have met her there but it seems more likely he met her during
his spell in Antrim, which is here they were married and where her parents
are buried!

If you check his service record showing his different postings you may find
that he was a a time stationed in Tipperary?
Most RIC men met their wives locally.
