I was curious, so spent a bit of time trying to figure this out. All the links on this page lead to _screenshots_ of a CD being sold on the site. The CD is for the _current_ list only (and 2008 as well). I am guessing these screenshots may not accurately reflect the way pre-digital listings were set up, either. At least, that is usually the case; that once records are computerised, the format shifts drastically.
There may well be other sources of older, published records, but I don't think this site will help with historic information. (Although I didn't investigate the entire site; I assumed if they had older lists for sale, they'd provide a reasonably obvious link.)
