Hi Frank,
I recently mentioned on other Lists that my (possible) ancestor, James CLARK
(~1790-??) was a possible "travelin' man." * But, your Francis EARLY
was definitely a "travelin' man" - all his life.
I don't know if it would help you at all but I wondered whether you had
searched the archives of the Canada and Quebec Lists for the KING name.
Betty (near Lowell, MA)
(* My "educated guess" is that James CLARK is an ancestor - as his only
daughter that I know of, as a married woman adopted a little girl. The
little girl was my grandmother, and I believe John and Mary DEXTER were her
grandparents, but can't prove it.)
